5 Steps to Find Happiness

Everyone is in search of happines. Today I watched a video of Steve Harvey interviewing TD Jakes, who was sharing the five steps that will allow anyone to find happiness.  Even though I consider myself a happy person, I, like everyone else in the world, am in search of happiness. Photo Source: Steve Harvey Show via Pinterest 1. Own your own happiness. 2. Challenge your own story. 3. Enjoy the journey, not the destination. 4. Make relationships count. 5. Magazine Overload

I recently used some airlines miles to subscribe to several of my favorite magazines. And today, I hit the motherload! I received not one, not two, but FIVE of my favorite magazines. Some have simple issues like a gallbladder problem or a hernia, but he also specializes in treating patients who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. If you really think about it, you know at least one person in your life that has been affected by breast cancer.  For me, it was my grandmother, Dorothy Lashlee (she passed away in April 2014), my aunt Barbara Howard (she passed away in January 2013), and my aunt […]
