Dress Form Outfit #50

The weather has turned much colder here in East Tennessee. So instead of running around town doing last minute Christmas shopping, I think I’ll just lounge around.

And what better to lounge around in than some nice comfy leggings, a soft t-shirt, and a warm sweater.

T-Shirt: Affliction, purchased at Buckle; Leggings: Forever 21
Sweater: Allison Brittney, purchased at Goodwill

This outfit can be worn around town as well. Just pair it with some cute shiny silver flats.

This Affliction shirt was a gift from my husband. It’s kind of what I consider to be a “bad-ass” t-shirt because it has what looks to be a guy getting ready to smash his guitar, and it has a pretty amazing quote on the front!

The quote on the front say: ” AFFLICTION. The passion that drives us to reach for greatness. We are inspired by those who live fast and are willing to endure pain and suffering to push the limits of what is possible. You embrace the ideology of “never say ‘I can’t’ but ‘I am the first who ever has’.” Your affliction makes you lead when others choose to follow. You create when others consume. You hear music when others hear noise. Your affliction lets you see beyond the chaos as art emerges from within. You will rise, you will fall, but you will greet the challenge. You, innovators, are the fuel. Our affliction is a never-ending passion to design and create clothing that speaks to you. We share your insanity and will not be ignored. You inspire us. It is our affliction that binds us together. We will change things. Every man dies, not every man truly lives! What is your affliction?”

So, what is your affliction?

As always, I’d love to hear from you! And you can follow me on Pinterest (at http://pinterest.com/vannadee37/) and Instagram (look me up at vannadee37).
