If you’re like me, you’re ready for summer and warmer temps. Like most people who love to travel, I’m constantly making a list full of destinations to visit at some point in the near future. And with all this cold weather, I’m daydreaming of some place warm, like Miami!
Miami is the only US city that was founded by a woman {Julia Tuttle, the “Mother of Miami”}, has the warmest winters in most of America, and is truly a wonderful place to visit. Still not convinced? Here’s why Miami should be on your list this year to help you make up your mind!

One thing that Miami has plenty of, is celebrity restaurants. While you may be spending more than usual on dinner, and you may have to make reservations months in advance, you’ll have the chance to taste the best food around.

The first thing you’ll notice upon arrival in Miami is its beautiful crystal clear waters. It’s understandable that you’ll want to spend as much time as possible by the beach or even in the water!
