11 Last-Minute Thanksgiving Getaways

Thanksgiving is a week away and if you’re not planning to get together with family or friends, then why not get away to somewhere new, explore a different city, and celebrate the holiday by getting away from all the Black Friday frenzy. Thanksgiving can be stressful enough without having to worry about where to go, so I put together a list of last minute Thanksgiving getaways.

  1. Las Vegas, Nevada
    My husband and I went to Las Vegas a couple of years ago for Thanksgiving. We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and had a fabulous time.

    Many hotels, pubs, and restaurants in London have special menus for Americans to celebrate Thanksgiving. You could also visit London’s Hyde Park for Winter Wonderland (11/18/2016 – 1/2/2017).

    Several years ago, we spent Thanksgiving in Key West, but we did spend a few days enjoying the sunny weather in both Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
