Patricia Nash Designs “Enjoying the Moment” in Knoxville

Last Fall, Patricia Nash Designs moved its Headquarters into a renovated industrial building near downtown Knoxville. Located off of 6th Avenue, the building houses its Flagship Showroom, creative and corporate operations, and E-commerce distribution center. I missed the Blogger Bash they held there at the end of June because I was at the BlogHer #17 Conference in Orlando, but I did manage to stop by during the three-day Sample Sale event a couple of weeks ago. Painting with a Twist

I’m not an artist. I cannot paint or draw to save my life, but with some direction and encouragement, I can create a masterpiece. Last month, my friend, Marci, invited me to Painting with a Twist on Gay Street in downtown Knoxville, where we painted a whimsical Christmas scene. Walking for a Good Cause: Save the Ta-Tas

On Saturday, October 27th, I joined thousands of other people who participated in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Knoxville, TN. The 5K course took racers and walkers through downtown Knoxville. I walked with Katy and her husband, Russ, and we had a great time! It rained just a little bit during the first mile, but it eventually stopped and it cooled the air considerably.
