Out with the Old, In with the New

2015 has come and gone. Today is the first day of a new year and the possibilities are endless. Out with the old and in with the new. I decided that instead of “new year’s resolutions”, I’m going to make small goals for myself. 1. Wake up when the first alarm goes off in the morning. 2. Get healthier by making some wiser eating and workout choices. 3. Blog more consistently, about topics that interest me and hopefully my readers. These are the first goals I’m working on for the first quarter of this year. Did you make any New […]

A Month of Thankfulness

Photo Source: Stylabl via Pinterest October is gone and November is upon us. In fact, we are already a week into this month. The weather is about to turn a little bit colder. My sugar addiction is off the charts!  I’m giving myself some time to thoroughly read the book, to clean out my cupboards and fridge, and to develop an attack plan. Thankfully, my friend, Katy, said that she would quit sugar with me. Now I’m […]

Wish List Wednesday: Sephora

Sephora has such a wide array of beauty products, from their own Sephora brand to luxe items like Christian Louboutin’s lipsticks. They have online exclusives as well as a VIB Beauty Insider Rewards program. I love the Sephora store at my hometown mall, but the experience was at the New York City store phenomenal. I spent almost $200 in a blink of the eye! I could walk through the store with a push cart and fill it up with all kinds of beauty goodies, but for now, here are the items on my shortlist. 1. Hum Nutrition Red Hot Holidays […]
