A couple of weeks ago, I received some new summer essentials in the FabFitFun Summer 2020 box, and I have to say, this season’s selection of items — from beauty and skincare to fashion and home/lifestyle products — was incredible!

This time around {as in seasons past}, I have opted for more skincare products over some of the other options; however, I did get excited about the Draper James straw bag, which is a perfect summer staple for any FabFitFun fashionista!

My New Summer Essentials

Draper James Straw Bag with Floral Scarf {$75} – This bag will match all of my warm-weather outfits, and will carry my summer beach essentials.
HydroPeptide Moisture Reset Face Oil {$120} – It’s made with pure plant oils and rice bran extract to nourish the skin’s lipid barrier.
Zoe Ayla Ice Roller {$30} – I’ve seen a few “influencers” using a ice roller like this to reduce their puffy eyes and rejuvenate their skin. Put it in the fridge or freezer to get it really cold.
Kate Somerville Goat Milk Moisturizing Cream {$65} – It’s made with lactose from goat’s milk, jojoba and avocado, and will give your skin a healthy glow.
Grace & Stella Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum $25} – This serum improves skin’s moisture balance and texture with hyaluronic acid.

FFF’s Picks For Me

Winky Lux Uni-Brow Universal Eyebrow Pencil {$16} – This universal brow pencil will be put to good use! My brows will be on fleek!
Cali Cosmetics Foot Cream with Menthol in Tarocco {$24} – I can’t wait to try this combo of menthol and olive oil on my tired feet. This foot cream is said to help heal and hydrate feet.
Spongelle Coconut Verbena Hand Cream {$18} – This hand cream blends hyaluronic acid, shea butter, and macadamia seed oils to nourish and hydrate hands.

Cover Girl Gabby Douglas

This interview with the amazing Gabby Douglas was inspiring. This young lady shares her favorite workout routines {“cardio workouts and plyometric exercises are my favorites”} and how she finds her calm {“I center myself by leaning of my faith, my family, and friends when things feel uncertain”}.

On self-care: Gabby believes it is important to challenge your mind and your body, both physically and mentally. She writes in her journal to vocalize her thoughts, and sticks to a routine.

“Sometimes I don’t feel like getting out of bed, but I push myself to be a better person in every area of my life. Sticking to a set routine helps me focus better.”

This season, FFF partnered with Special Olympics, “an organization that is creating a new world of inclusion and community, where every single person is accepted and welcomed – regardless of their abilities.”

Katie Echevarria Rosen Kitchens, co-founder and EIC of FFF, wrote that they are always looking for ways to reduce their carbon footprint — small steps to making a bigger impact on the environment. That meant that if you ordered any Add-Ons or Edit Sale orders, they were shipped in your Summer box instead of being shipped separately. They also introduced two different box sizes, depending on what {or how much} subscribers ordered.

This summer’s box was designed by Kayla Krainock, a graphic designer and illustrator from Southern California. She currently works at FFF on the creative team, and spends most of her time “outdoors while dreaming about traveling, and observing color combinations.”

Are you into Beauty? Fashion? Health & Fitness? Home & Lifestyle? If you nodded your head or said “yes” to any of this, then FabFitFun is the subscription box for you! There really is something for everyone! So what are you waiting for? Give it a try! If you don’t like it or are not satisfied, then you can cancel your subscription anytime.

That being said, and in full disclosure, I am an affiliate with FabFitFun, but I’m not out to pressure anyone to “use my special code” to get $10 off your first box. I just know what a great value this subscription box is and think that you would enjoy treating yourself to some amazing products.

Do you subscribe to FabFitFun? If so, then let me know what your favorite product was out of this Summer 2020 box. In the meantime, I’m going to go enjoy my new summer essentials!

Yours Truly,
Vanessa
