I’m not really a New Year’s Eve party kind of gal, but I do love an outfit that sparkles. Any outfit with sequins, like today’s NYE dress form outfit, will feel like you’re ready for a party.
The silver sequin skirt was purchased at the AmVet Thrift Store in Knoxville, Tenn. I paired it with a super casual t-shirt, which I purchased from the Ole Red shop in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
I could pair this skirt with a number of fancier, more party-centric tops, but I just like the juxtaposition of the casual “graphic” style tee with the fanciness of a silver sequin skirt. It’s totally me and that’s what I love about this NYE dress form outfit!
I styled this NYE dress form outfit with three different pairs of shoes:
A) Black Mossimo booties {purchased from the StateMint Style consignment sale, but originally from Target};
B) Black BCBG heels {purchased at Becky’s Discount Shoes};
C) Harley Davidson tall boots {don’t remember exactly where they were purchased, but I think they were either purchased at Becky’s Discount Shoes or at Marti & Liz’s Shoes}.
Because it can be a little chilly in the evenings here in East Tennessee, especially at midnight, I would slip on my black velvet jacket, and I might possibly add a black scarf.
