October is my favorite month of the year. Not only can I pull out my sweaters and scarves and boots, but I get to cook hot meals and plan festive get-togethers with friends.

Who knew there were so many food holidays in the month of October? I, for one, celebrate National Taco Day about 2-3 times a month. I’m also looking forward to National Dessert Day {Oct. 14th}, National Chocolate Cupcake Day {Oct. 18th}, and National Chocolate Day {Oct. 28th}. What holidays are you looking forward to?
I love these meal prep ideas. It almost makes me want to clean out all the ice cream from my freezer to make room for some of these freezer meals. {I said “almost”, but seriously, some of these meals look delish!}
