I love maxi dresses, but I don’t own many. In fact, I only own two maxi dresses. Today I’m featuring one of them as my dress form outfit. I purchased this dress at the StateMint Style consignment sale back at the beginning of September and wore it to a Blogger Xchange workshop in Nashville the following week. This particular dress, I think, is perfect for fall. It is so comfortable and stylish!
It is too long to wear with flats, but I have the perfect brown Lucky Brand wedges that I wore with this dress to the blogger workshop.
The StateMint Consignment sale happens twice a year in Knoxville, Tenn. The fall sale was my first time, but I can tell you this — it won’t be my last time.

I wore a light tan sweater over the maxi dress {which I borrowed from my mom}, but I plan to wear my denim jacket over it this fall. I also need to find some cute wedge booties {I’m thinking navy suede} to wear with this dress.
I’ve got another Blogger Xchange workshop coming up this Saturday and I can’t wait! I hope to see some familiar faces and meet some new people while I’m there. {And on a side note, I want to thank the founding ladies of Blogger Xchange – Leigh and Kay Elle – for being so friendly and welcoming me into their community.}
