My Week in Pins

“My Week in Pins” returns this week after a brief (one week, I think) hiatus.

This week I have been burning up my iPad on Pinterest “pinning” everything from recipes to purses, much to the chagrin of my husband who also like to use my iPad to peruse eBay for car parts, farm equipment and the like.

This week, I’d like to focus on “statement pieces”, such as jewelry, watches, etc.

First up is this bracelet, which can be seen on Etsy. I like it because my name means “butterfly”!

When I saw this watch, I immediately thought that if I wore a watch, this would be the one I would wear. Not to say I’m always late, but it just seems like a whimsical statement piece to wear! My husband always says “to be early is to be on time and to be on time is to be late.”

I am a member of JewelMint, however, I have yet to buy anything from the website. But if I do purchase anything in the future, this ring will be my first purchase!

As a writer, I love old typewriters. So when I saw this typewriter key ring, my mind and heart screamed in unison, “I so want this ring!” So to my family or friends who read my blog, I’ll take this ring in both “V” and “W” (hint-hint)! and they can be purchased in different ring styles on Etsy!

I think these wide bracelets by Lenny & Eva are great! The wide leather band gives off a kind of “Billy bad-ass” feel while the quotes give an air of intellect and wisdom. Great combo, I think! Check out this website for more cool Lenny & Eva jewelry.

I follow a blog called Atlantic Pacific, and the lovely young woman wears a monogram necklace that I have envied ever since I started following her.

And finally, because I love all things Chanel…

If you haven’t checked out Pinterest, you can view the website without a log-in. You won’t be able to “pin” anything or click on anything for more details without an account, but you can at least browse the website! If you do have a Pinterest account, you can check out more of my pins on Pinterest here.

Have a great day!
