A Night of Texas at the Ryman

“The stars at night are big and bright… deep in the heart of Texas!” As an early anniversary gift to my husband, I bought two tickets to see Aaron Watson at The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. My Heart Belongs to Texas

Although I have lived in East Tennessee since the fall of 1991, my heart belongs to Texas. I grew up out west, in Levelland, surrounded by cotton fields, marching in the high school band, and making life-long friends. I truly am heartbroken by the devastating weather reports and tragic news that I hear about when listening to my local NPR radio station. My heart perks up when I hear uplifting stories about families reuniting and pets being rescued.
