Black leggings look chic no matter the season, and depending how you style them, they can work from the office to the weekend. Reuse. Recycle. Repurpose. That’s how I feel about thrifting and shopping consignment sales. One woman’s “trash” is another woman’s “treasure”. Am I right? A couple of weeks ago, I went to the StateMint Style Spring consignment sale and scored some really great pieces.
