What I Took From “Glamour’s” Fashion Issue

I’ve written on several occasions about how I take my time reading magazines. First I flip through it page-by-page, just looking at the photographs. Then I go back and literally (and I do mean literally) read it from cover-to-cover. Fashion Icon: Coco Chanel

Anyone who knows me knows I have a bit of a fascination with Chanel. I have seen the Coco Chanel movies – Coco Chanel starring Shirley MacLaine, and Coco Before Chanel staring Audrey Tautou. To me, Coco Chanel is one the my all-time favorite fashion icons. I don’t really know what it is about Chanel that fascinates me so (maybe it’s the interlocking CC logo) or when this fascination began, but I do know this – Chanel is equivalent to style and class. A Few of My Favorite Things: Products I Love!

There are certain things that I like, and then there are other things that I love. Here are some of the skincare and haircare products I love and currently use. I have a fairly low-maintenance skincare and haircare routine, which is a blessing considering the fact that I’m nearing the big four-oh (40)! My skincare routine is simple. I wash my face with Mary Kay facial cleansing cloths.
