I was asked to come to the rescue of my oldest niece on Friday when she was involved in a single-car wreck on her way home from college for the weekend. Last month, I joined a three-month weight management program. The New-U Wellness program includes three one-on-one health coaching sessions, two small group training exercise sessions per week, and a fitness assessment at the beginning and end of the program.
