Links I Love December 2018 / www.vanessahwood.com

I am so excited to share some of my favorite “links I love” with you because this is the last “links” post for the year. It’s an eclectic collection of links, including New Year’s Eve outfit ideas, new beauty products to try in 2019 {did someone say cranberry?}, and a list of spices you should keep in your kitchen. Check out these links, and more!

Beauty & Fashion

Cranberry Beauty Products That Are More Than a Sweet Treat For Your Skin {StyleCaster} – Beauty brands like Eminence and Drunk Elephant are proclaiming the benefits of cranberries {listed as cranberry seed oil}. It can be purchased by itself as a concentrated oil or used as an ingredient in your favorite moisturizers, masks, and serums.

A Shopping Guide to 2019’s Favorite Color: Marigold Yellow {StyleCaster} – This eye-catching color was all over the runway at New York’s spring/summer fashion week. Try this bold color in a statement making outfit or accessory.

2019 Fashion Trends: Ruffles are Back {StyleCaster} – Ruffles are back and I, for one, am excited about it. I am ready to add a few dainty, delicate ruffles to my wardrobe in 2019!

How to Wear Tulle {StyleCaster} – To me, tulle has also been “girly”, but these 17 street-style outfits will inspire you to try a more “edgy” tulle look while still staying “girly”.

Spice Things Up

The Best Spices to Keep in Your Kitchen {Jess Ann Kirby} – If you love to cook, then you already probably have the majority, if not all of these spices in your kitchen.

Mexican Hot Cocoa for the Holiday {With Love From Kat} – Who doesn’t love hot chocolate? I, for one, would choose hot cocoa over hot tea every day, and Kat shares a delicious recipe for Mexican hot cocoa. Guess what I’ll be drinking every weekend this winter!

50 Things to Do in Paris {PureWow} – I have wanted to travel to Paris for as long as I can remember. It’s at the top of my travel bucket list, right up there with Australia. Of course, I want to see the Eiffel Tower, but I also want to see the Catacombs, the Pere Lachaise Cemetery {Jim Morrison and Oscar Wilde are buried there}, the Moulin Rouge, Versailles, and Shakespeare & Co. bookstore.
