I found this fabulous Betsey Johnson dress at a thrift store in Key West, Florida, several years ago. I’ve never worn it because it’s a size “Small” and it’s too tight. This floral dress is made of cotton and Lyrca spandex. I’ve paired it with a fuschia scarf, which I also used as a belt.
