Links I Love: January 2021

I have procrastinated long enough in terms of writing posts for my blog that I almost forgot the password to get in the back door of my website! So without further ado, here are the many “Links I Love” for January 2021. MY FAVORITE CHANEL LINKS Chanel Family Reunion at Spring 2021 Haute Couture Show {Bazaar} “I love big family reunions, when the generations all come together. It’s so warm. Wanderlust: Islands Without Cars

Wanderlust: Islands without Cars / www.vanessahwood.com

There are destinations around the world where people get around by walking, bicycles, and donkeys. There are places where there are no cars, or at least, a place where no cars are allowed. To me, there is an adventure around every corner in these far away locales. Kira Cook hosts a series on PBS, entitled Islands without Cars. You can read more about her in this blog post. I can’t wait until the day that I get to […]

Wanderlust Wednesday: Inspire Me Travel

Today’s post is not about one particular destination, but it’s about one person who has inspired me and my wanderlust dreams. A few years ago, I met Karis Kranker through a mutual friend when we stayed with her on a whirlwind weekend girl’s trip to New York City. I had never been to New York City and had an agenda of what I wanted to see and do, but meeting Karis was a highlight of that weekend. Not only did she open up her small one-bedroom apartment to me, but she opened up my eyes to a whole new world of […]
