Fitness is not only about the physical aspects of actually “working out”, but nowadays, you have to look good while sweating. Athleisure wear is making its way out of the gym and into daily life. Women are wearing leggings and yoga pants for everything from shopping, lunching, and partying with friends, to date night with the boyfriend or a girl’s night out.
